Go to the Rhode Island Secretary of State website, click on Business Services and then click on Corporate Database. Type "AngelNook Publishing" and what pops up is Fictitious Name. This company has filed 15 Fictitious Name names under his business. In the business arena myself this only happens when company fails to produce and needs a "bail out" . The owner of the company used to own several staffing firms prior to the opening of Angelnook Publishing. All of his staffing companies closed down because of the unethical actions taken directly by the owner of the company. Anybody who practices holistic healing should truly believe in their craft, he only cares about the profit he makes. This is evident by the number of times he has filed Fictitious Names.
